These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the yes baji platform. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using yes baji, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

yes baji operates under a clear, openly published ruleset. Every term that affects your funds, gameplay, or account status is documented in plain English and available to all registered players at any time.
Account Security
Your yes baji account is protected by SSL/TLS encryption and OTP-based verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
Local Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals on yes baji are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. All financial transactions are subject to the payment terms set out in Section 5 of this document.

Bonus Integrity

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- "yes baji" / "we" / "us" / "our" Refers to the yes baji online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at yes-baji.com, and the entity that operates it.
- "Platform" The yes baji website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or services made available through yes-baji.com.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity, including browsing, depositing, placing bets, or claiming bonuses.
- "Account" The personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the yes baji registration process, through which all Platform activity is conducted.
- "Funds" / "Balance" The total monetary value held in a Player's yes baji wallet at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, settled winnings, and any credited bonus funds (where separately designated).
- "Bonus Funds" Any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by yes baji, subject to separate wagering conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" The minimum total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- "BDT" / "৳" Bangladesh Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary currency used for all transactions on the yes baji Platform.
- "Game Provider" Third-party software studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, and NetEnt — whose certified games are made available through the Platform.
- "Prohibited Territory" Any country or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by yes baji's own operational policies.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the yes baji Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 9. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the Player) and yes baji. They are written in English and, in the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.
Important Notice
yes baji is an 18+ platform. By proceeding past the registration page, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in your account at the time of discovery.
Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an Account on yes baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. yes baji strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. We may request documentary evidence of your age at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not already hold an active or previously closed yes baji Account under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on yes baji at any time.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of yes baji, nor an immediate family member of any such individual, unless explicit written permission has been granted by yes baji management.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. yes baji reserves the right to carry out verification checks on any information provided at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
yes baji may decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. We may also request additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or proof of payment method ownership — before approving a withdrawal or increasing account limits.
Account Obligations
As a registered Player on yes baji, you accept the following ongoing obligations in relation to your Account:
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Prompt Notification: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify yes baji support immediately at [email protected]. yes baji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
- Accurate Information: You must keep your Account information — including your registered mobile number and payment details — accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
- Single Account Rule: Each Player may hold only one Account. If yes baji detects that you hold or have attempted to create multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and winnings reviewed for potential reversal.
- Personal Use Only: Your Account is for your personal use only. Commercial use of the Platform, including operating the Account on behalf of a business or group of individuals, is strictly prohibited.
- No Unauthorised Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or exploit any feature of the yes baji service.
yes baji reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews. During a review, we may temporarily restrict your ability to withdraw funds or access certain features. We will notify you of any review and resolve it as promptly as practicable.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
yes baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other designated Bangladeshi payment partners. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad are credited to your yes baji wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your balance.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension. yes baji does not charge deposit fees; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
yes baji reserves the right to request evidence of the payment method used for any deposit, including screenshots of the MFS transaction or a bank statement, as part of routine KYC procedures.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day. Bank withdrawals are processed within one business day. yes baji does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method; third-party provider fees may apply.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, yes baji may require identity verification, including confirmation of your registered mobile number and the payment method to which you are withdrawing. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Where a Player has received bonus funds, withdrawals of any associated winnings are subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. yes baji reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
yes baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, BPL and IPL cricket betting promotions, Aviator crash game tournaments, Eid and Pohela Boishakh seasonal offers, and the four-tier VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- All bonus offers are available to players aged 18 and above only. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
- Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus credited by yes baji is 30x the bonus amount. This means a player must wager a total of 30 times the bonus value before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting may contribute according to a specified rate. Exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- yes baji reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond yes baji's reasonable control.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bots, exploiting promotion loopholes, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk — will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings attributed to them.
Players who participate in the yes baji VIP program are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of VIP tier assignment. VIP status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on activity levels and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets available on yes baji are provided in accordance with the rules of the relevant Game Provider or sports betting engine. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you agree to abide by those rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. The following general rules apply across all yes baji gaming and betting activity:
- Bet Confirmation: A bet or game wager is only confirmed once yes baji's system has acknowledged and recorded it. A displayed confirmation message on screen constitutes confirmation. In the event of a connectivity disruption during bet placement, the system record is authoritative.
- Odds and Pricing: All odds, bet limits, and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the relevant Game Provider or yes baji's sports betting feed. yes baji reserves the right to correct any odds published in error and to void any bets placed at such erroneous odds.
- Void Bets: yes baji may void bets or game rounds in the event of technical failure, data feed errors, match postponement, or other circumstances rendering a fair settlement impossible. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
- Cricket and Sports Betting: Live in-play betting on cricket fixtures — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is subject to real-time odds changes up to the moment of bet acceptance. Bets accepted before a wicket falls or a boundary is scored are settled at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, not at subsequently updated prices.
- Live Casino: Live dealer game results (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and others) are determined by the physical outcome at the live table streamed by the Game Provider. In the event of a dispute between the yes baji platform display and the Game Provider's server log, the Game Provider's server log is authoritative.
- Responsible Spending: Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits before commencing play. Self-imposed limits are processed in accordance with the Responsible Gaming terms set out in Section 11 of this document.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yes baji Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account that would enable circumvention of account limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.
- Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime prohibited under Bangladeshi law or international standards.
- Providing false identity information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point in the Account lifecycle.
- Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament through collusion, match-fixing, use of cheating software, exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities, or any other fraudulent means.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input, or that places bets or claims bonuses faster than a human user could reasonably do so manually.
- Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your yes baji account through your payment provider after those funds have been used for betting or gaming activity. Chargebacks are treated as suspected fraud and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
- Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory, or using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward yes baji staff, support agents, or other players.
yes baji employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts manual account audits. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct and to share relevant information with payment processors, other operators, and law enforcement as required.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure Initiated by the Player: You may request the closure of your yes baji Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, yes baji will process the closure within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Suspension or Closure Initiated by yes baji: yes baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
- Failure to comply with a KYC documentation request within the stated deadline.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from your payment provider.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure.
Where an Account is closed by yes baji due to a breach, yes baji reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, yes baji may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. If the investigation clears the Player of wrongdoing, any withheld real-money balance will be returned.
Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. yes baji will attempt to notify the Player via their registered mobile number before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account balance. The monthly dormant account administration fee is ৳200, applied from the 13th month of inactivity onward. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing identity verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes baji's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
yes baji expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues, or server downtime that result in a game round or bet being incomplete, voided, or settled incorrectly — provided that yes baji takes reasonable steps to identify and correct such issues promptly.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from unauthorised access to your Account where you have not notified yes baji as required under Section 4.
- The actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or mobile financial service providers over whose systems yes baji has no direct control.
- Any reliance by you on information, content, odds, or promotional details displayed on the Platform that contain typographical or other errors, where yes baji has taken reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude yes baji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable Bangladeshi law.
Responsible Gaming
yes baji is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we provide a comprehensive set of tools to help players maintain control over their activity on the Platform.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered yes baji player directly from their Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set duration (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours).
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choice, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the yes baji Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, your Account is locked, re-registration attempts using the same mobile number are blocked, and all direct marketing is suspended.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. By continuing to access or use the yes baji Platform after any amended version has taken effect, you confirm your acceptance of the amended terms in full. If you do not agree with a material change, you may close your Account before the change takes effect by following the procedure described in Section 9, and yes baji will refund any real-money balance to your registered payment method.
